Maximum towing capacity, with proper equipment, is 6000 pounds. Second-row seats are cozy and the backs recline for added comfort on those long trips. The 40/20/40 second-row seat has a one-touch release lever for access to the third row. The front passenger seat also folds for hauling something long. The Nissan Juke is a small, five-seat crossover with distinctive, fun styling, sharp performance and decent cargo space. More sporty subcompact than all-weather SUV, the plump-bottom, angle-backed Juke has one of the most sophisticated drivetrains available in any Nissan. The 2012 Nissan Juke crossover's taut suspension is adept in minimizing body roll and lean, with only a minimal trade-off in the areas of ride comfort. With Nissan's "intelligent" all-wheel-drive package, the Juke gains a torque-vectoring setup and a CVT transmission usually found only in much more expensive vehicles. The system is able to route power front to rear as well as side to side at the rear axle. AWD Jukes also ditch the base car's torsion beam rear axle in favor of more desirable independent rear suspension. The Nissan Juke's raised driving position, oversized side mirrors and good driver sightlines make it easy to maneuver in all but the tightest confines. The seating position is high, and that affords good forward visibility. There's also a good view in the mirror through the rear glass. The gear-shift is set fairly high, rally car style, and the seats are comfortable in the superb leather. There's good bolstering that does its best to keep the driver's body in place. The center stack is nice, big, and wide. When the 60/40 rear seat is folded flat, which it does with one motion, there's a lot room for stuff: 35.9 cubic feet.
